RENTAL POLICIES

PLEASE READ OUR RENTAL POLICIES BELOW

Rental Period:

  • Day Rate: 24 hours
  • Week Rate: 5 business days
  • 4 Week Rate: 28 days rented out, paid for 12

Note: Rent is charged for all time out. To maximize your value, kindly return all items on or before the due date and time specified in your rental contract. Remember, we rent by time.

Metered Items:

Rates for rental items equipped with hour meters are calculated based on a 3-hour meter time for 4-hour rentals, 8-hour meter time for 24-hour rentals, 40-hour meter time for 5-day rentals, and 160-hour meter time for 28-day rentals. Additional usage will incur additional charges.

Identification:

Two forms of identification are necessary. Acceptable IDs include a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, military ID, major credit card, and a current utility bill.

Payment:

Payment is required at the time the rental item is picked up. If the driver’s license does not display a local address, credit card payment might be necessary (excluding open account customers). We accept Visa and MasterCard. While debit cards are accepted for payment, they cannot be used for rentals requiring a credit card deposit.

Deposit:

Deposits vary by item and are refunded upon the return of the rental item.

Damage Waiver:

A percentage of the rental rate will be automatically charged for the damage waiver, unless insurance requirements are met and the waiver is declined on the rental contract at the time of pickup. The damage waiver fee is 15%.

Availability/Reservations:

Please submit your request or call to check item availability. Reservations are encouraged!

Pricing:

Prices are subject to change. For accurate quotes, please call us. All rental charges apply for the entire duration of the rental, regardless of usage. If you encounter any operational issues, please contact us immediately. Credits or adjustments will only be considered if problems are reported promptly.

Delivery and Pick-up:

We offer delivery and pickup services at reasonable rates. Please call to inquire about the charges specific to your location. All rental items should be gathered in a single, easily accessible location for pickup. Alternatively, you may pick up and return your rental items to our location.

Responsibility:

The responsibility for rental items lies with the customer from the time of delivery to the time of return. All items must be properly secured and protected from adverse weather conditions. Additional charges apply for missing or damaged items.
